That’s why we created La Carbonara: a mobile Carbonara Trolley that we can roll straight into your event. Yes, really! We come with everything we need, cook live in front of your guests, and serve the real deal, creamy (but without cream!), cheesy, peppery, and full of flavor.

How does it look like? 

A bright yellow trolley with blue accents, our chef cracking eggs, tossing pasta, stirring guanciale sizzling in the pan... and the smell? Bellissimo!
